Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Atelier Kajsa wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at atelierkajsa.com you have the opportunity to return/exchange the goods within 14 days after delivery. Contact us at info@atelierkajsa.com or on the Contact page on our website before returning any items.

You can also come to our studio to exchange products for a different colour or size or return for free. Our studio is located at Odengatan 78, 11322 Stockholm. Write to us at info@atelierkajsa.com to book a time.

We do not cover both return and exchange shipping. Please contact us for return or exchange and we will send you further instructions. Please fill in the return form and include it in the package. If this document is missing, your package will be sent back to you.

Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving atelierkajsa.com. We don’t accept returns on products that have been used. You may not handle the item more than necessary to determine the item’s qualities and fit. Make-up or deodorant marks on the product mean that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be careful when you try the products at home. Returns will only be accepted if labels, hangtags, and original packaging are fully intact. Atelier Kajsa cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, Atelier Kajsa earns the right to decline the request, and the item will be sent back to you. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment.

Exchanges can be made to a different size or color of the original product, subject to availability. Simply fill in the size/colour requested in the exchange and returns form. To exchange your item for a different product, you will need to make a return of your order and place a new order in our web shop.

If you paid using a credit card the refund will be made to the same card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item is faulty or has been wrongly delivered due to a mistake made by us, we will of course pay for the return postage. Please send us an email at info@atelierkajsa.com and we will let you know how to return the packages. Atelier Kajsa ensures that all products are meticulously checked in quality control before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. You will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question if a new one is available. If not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased item(s) the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and to, as soon as possible, report any deviations from your order confirmation to us.

We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by Atelier Kajsa, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.

In case of a dispute, we will follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens recommendations.

Return address: Atelier Kajsa Skoglund AB, Odengatan 78, 11322 Stockholm, Sweden. All packages sent to Atelier Kajsa must have a valid tracking number.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT


All Atelier Kajsa's products are insured against theft and damage while the product is in transfer. When the transfer is complete and the customer has received the package, it is no longer under our insurance. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to report any damage or lost goods.
 Atelier Kajsa cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Should this happen we will refund goods and any shipping charges back to the customer. Please note: when making an international return or exchange, always state "for exchange" on the package. Without such notice, the package is at risk for additional costs for customs and taxes. Atelier Kajsa does not cover any of these costs.
