GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions (the “general conditions”) apply when you (“customer” or “you”) place an order from Atelier Kajsa Skoglund AB “(hereafter ”Atelier Kajsa”, “us” or “we”) on atelierkajsa.com, (the “website”).
Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
By accepting these general conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the general conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with our policy.
By accepting these general conditions, you understand and accept that any order, purchase or transaction is made exclusively between the company and the customer, and that Shopify Inc. — as a platform provider – is not responsible for any content, interactions or transactions made on atelierkajsa.com.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You are responsible to ensure that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete.
You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. Make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. Let us know if you suspect that an unauthorized person has obtained access to your login details.
All personal information saved at atelierkajsa.com will be handled with care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. Atelier Kajsa collects data about our customers in order to be able to deliver a smooth service on the site and for the newsletter and order deliveries.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend that you go over your order and save your order confirmation, if you need to contact our customer service. Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order.
You will receive your delivery confirmation by e-mail as soon as we ship your order. For deliveries within Sweden our delivery times are 2-5 days after your order is shipped. For all other countries deliveries are expected to be made within 4-10 days. These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier.
During the holiday season, it might take a bit longer than normal for your package to arrive.
We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.
All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment.
PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Currently we offer payment with credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and PayPal.
All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. In the web shop prices are displayed for each item. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. You can also choose to pick up the product in our studio. See more under products.
ORDERS OUTSIDE EU
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are applied once your package reaches your country.
We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your additional charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, Atelier Kajsa’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Atelier Kajsa can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us.
A force majeure occurs at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Atelier Kajsa will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
The website and all its content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
WAIVER
We reserve ourselves for any image or typographical errors on the website, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, inaccurate prices or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. We are entitled to rectify any obvious errors and, at any time, to change or update the information on the website accordingly. Atelier Kajsa may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
COLOURS AND IMAGES
Please have in mind that we cannot guarantee that our pictures will exact reproduce the true appearance of a product. However, we will ensure to do our best and have pictures that are as accurate as possible.
CHANGES TO GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may change these general conditions at any time. We will then set forth the changed general conditions on the website and they will enter into force once you have accepted them (in connection with a new order through the website or while browsing the website).
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
